  • Full Name and Email Address
  • Profile Picture URL associated with your Google account

We use, process, and handle the Google user data we access solely to:

  • Authenticate your identity and allow secure login to our application
  • Create and manage your user account profile
  • Display your name and profile picture within the application for your personalized experience
  • Send essential service-related notifications and updates

We do NOT use Google user data to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your Google user data. We do not share your Google user data with third-party networks for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes.

Your data is only shared with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate our application infrastructure:

  • Supabase: For secure PostgreSQL database storage and authentication management.
  • Vercel: For secure application hosting and deployment.

5. Data Storage & Protection

Your Google user data is securely stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. We protect your data using industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Encryption of data at rest within database storage.
  • Strict, authenticated access controls to database infrastructure.
  • Regular security updates provided by our hosting and database platforms.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention: We retain your Google user data only for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide our services to you.

Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated Google user data at any time. To submit a deletion request, please email us at vdt5snet@gmail.com. We will process your deletion request and purge all related data within 30 days.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance (Limited Use)

VyDucTan.Dev's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
